Provides the basic platform, geographical data handling, various calculators and the station databases and handling

The IDWM (ITU Digitized World Map) is also included. SRTM height data (resolution 3 arc seconds, appr. 90 m) and VMAP Level 0 vector data over selected areas can also be included. |
